Not a lot of people staying there
Our room was on the side of the building beside a transformer that buzzed 24/7. The air conditioner drowned some of that sound out but not all. We stayed here about 9 or 10 years ago. We enjoyed it then. There is no money being put in the facility now. One building completely closed with only 3 buildings of rooms being used. No longer has a restaurant. We booked a king studio which had a fridge and microwave and coffee pot but no dishes and did not have a sink. When I went to the front desk to ask if I could have a couple of plates forks and glasses I was told dishes weren’t included. I again requested and got the two plates glasses etc the next day. You can hear every door open and close and chairs scraping across the floor. Furniture run down. Sheets clean but bedspread had stains. I am sure it was clean just didn’t look great. Staff were friendly.

Pleasant
Very close to the airport (however, far from the center), you can use he facilities of the close-by Regina resort (beach access, restaurants, variety of swimming pools). It’s a great place if you just want to relax in a restore and are not very into exploring the area.
The facilities were a little bit ran down and not well maintained, very far from the center and thus without a car it is rather hard to explore the city and the area around.

Close to the ocean.
Nothing like the pictures provided at Booking.com site. The beds were very firm(same as sleeping on the floor). No elevator. Only a fridge and coffee maker.

The property in general correct, location is good, it is clean, staff are friendly and helpful but the overall impression is medium. Good thing is that you can access the hotel on the other side, which gives you beach access and a bigger pool!
I hope this feedback will help to improve overall quality as the place deserves to be a good destination. - checkin at 16-00 and checkout at 10-00 (!!!). 25 USD/hour extra! - reception is extremely slow. Plan some time ahead on checkout. - please remember that breakfast is NOT included. We accidentally took it and didn't pay at the restaurant - it was panic! Guess how many time I had to spend in the reception to settle the bill? - absolutely no sound protection in the room. You can hear your neighbors breathing. Imagine if they do a party (that is what happened btw). - would be good to have 1-2 free teabags in the room :)
